What is Cosmetic Dentistry?

Cosmetic dentistry is a branch of dentistry usually referred to as any dental work that can improve the appearance of teeth, gums and/or bite.  It primarily focuses on improving dental aesthetics in color, position, shape, size, alignment and overall smile appearance.  There is not a clearly defined dental need for these but they confer a range of physical and psychological benefits.
If you have teeth which are stained, out of position, contains gaps, are crooked or badly chipped, then you can consider to have either cosmetic crowns or veneers fitted to help boost your confidence.

Teeth whitening

Teeth whitening or dental bleaching is the process of removing stains and discolouration from teeth and improving their colour through a bleaching process to make them look “whiter”. There are different types of teeth whitening systems available out there.

Dental Crowns

Dental crowns are required when the strength of the tooth supporting the restoration is compromised. It is a synthetic type of tooth which is produced from a range of materials and has a similar shape and colour to a natural tooth.
